A bespoke project where every inch of the design was hand crafted by Claudia and her team. The client being an international celebrity asked for the property to be turn key, toothbrush ready, for his arrival in the United States. Claudia’s signature details live among the custom designed furniture, rugs, window treatments, flower arrangements, accents, sculpture pieces, walk in master closet, light fixtures, pillows and bedding. The towels, dressing gowns, kitchen accessories and additional hardware are all sourced and arranged by Claudia Afshar Design. Given the international profile of the client, a full security system was installed and custom iron railings, maintaining a great looking but secure exterior. The stunning outdoor area ergonomically benefits from custom made furniture – sun loungers, dining area seating, bar stools, fire place, BBQ layout and finishes – designed specifically for the dimensions of the space. The indoor furniture, sofas and ottomans included, were all custom made to suit the space, resulting in a truly magnificent home.
